Chewable Melatonin Sleep Aid

Long-haul flights are a lot easier when you can actually sleep. I pop one of these before takeoff and they help me relax and drift off without feeling groggy when I land. Game changer for overnight flights.

Dry Shampoo

After a full day of airports, layovers and long hauls, my hair is the last thing I want to deal with. A good dry shampoo keeps everything fresh and voluminous so I can go straight from the gate to wherever I'm headed.

Soft Travel Blanket

There is something about having your own blanket on a flight that just makes it feel so much more comfortable. This one is small and lightweight — barely takes up any space in my carry-on — but it brings that little bit of home comfort I need on a long journey.

Noise Cancelling Headphones

Non-negotiable. Top-of-the-line noise cancelling headphones block out everything — crying babies, engine noise, the person next to you watching a loud movie. Worth every penny for anyone who travels regularly.

Under Eye Patches

I put these on about an hour before landing and they make such a difference. Planes are brutal on your skin — the recycled air is so dry — and these patches keep the under-eye area hydrated and depuffed so I actually look human when I arrive.

Loop Earplugs

An absolute must for the flight. Whether it's a crying baby, the engine roar or just general cabin noise, Loop earplugs take the edge off without blocking everything out completely. I never board without them.
